Throughout the process, we maintain regular communication, keeping you updated and involved every step of the way.

Once the design is finalised, we partner with skilled and trusted landscapers to bring your dream garden to life. To give you peace of mind, we provide ongoing site inspections throughout the build, ensuring everything is constructed to match the design.

We begin with a site visit and a detailed consultation to understand your vision for the garden. This includes discussing your needs, preferences, and lifestyle, as well as assessing the current state of your outdoor space. After our meeting, we’ll send you a written brief summarising your goals, the design process, and our fee structure.

The next step involves a topographical survey of your garden to capture important details like layout, levels, and utilities. With this information, we create a concept design, including mood boards that bring your ideas to life visually. At this stage, we focus on the overall layout and structure, without getting into too many details just yet.

Once the concept design is approved, we refine it into a detailed masterplan. This plan includes material suggestions, proposed spatial arrangements, and a planting palette that reflects the overall style and feel. It’s where your garden starts to take shape!

Item descriptionWhen the masterplan is finalised, we develop the technical drawings needed for the build. These include layout plans, lighting placements, level details, and cross sections. If necessary, we also prepare documents for structural engineer approval, ensuring everything is ready for construction.

Our planting plan is designed to complement your garden’s overall aesthetic. We provide a detailed list of all plants, including names, sizes, and quantities, to help with costing, ordering, and planting. Along with this, we offer a mood board showcasing the plant types we recommend, as well as a maintenance schedule to help you care for your garden long-term.

Once the design is complete, we compile a tender package and send it to trusted contractors to get quotes for the build. You can either choose from our network of vetted contractors or select your own. As the project progresses, we offer regular site inspections to monitor construction and ensure the build aligns with your vision. Depending on your preference, this could be as simple as a couple of site visits or weekly meetings with detailed progress reports. Once construction is finished, we handle the planting, bringing the final design to life.
